Mine would be Turok: Evolution on PS2. It's probably my favorite first-person shooter, but it's so laughable.

Some more would be the original NBA Courtside on N64. That's my definitive basketball game, followed closely by Double Dribble on NES.
I also think Midnight Club 2 is by far the best game in the series. It's just fun.
